What's the difference between softball/baseball belts and normal belts?

As in, are there any special functions or properties that softball belts have %26amp; why I can't use a normal belt for softball / baseball?|||I guess you can wear anything you want. The belt is officially part of the uniform though so someone may give you grief...|||In baseball, the uniform is special. Why do you think managers wear them? To walk onto the field, you need a uniform, and you should look like a ball player not a mix-match hood rat!|||You can't cause it'd look weird and out of uniform.
