What are the responsibilities of a softball manager?

I'm kind of hoping to be the manager of my high school softball team? Never done it before, don't know anyone who has. What are some responsibilities of a softball manager?|||Bring the beer, dont forget that the 4th inning is beer inning, every time a runner gets to 3rd base he has to chug a beer.
