I ply softball and want to get a full scholarship. But i need to know what college recuiters look for in softball players and the best colleges. Help please.|||-Hustle

-A player with the SKILLS to rep their school|||First of all, they look for drive. You must be able to put yourself out there and contact each college you might be interested in first. They look for hard-working players- the first one on the field and the first one off. They look for good team-mates, players with positive attitudes.
Make a highlight reel video to email to coaches near you and include all your highschool and travel stats.
