What are some good softball drills for a dedicated player?

I am 13 but I will try anything. Softball (fastpitch) means everything to me, and i want to be good at it. I am the coaches daughter and the best player in the league, but i want to get in better shape. What are some good drills to get stronger legs for catching, and some for stronger arms? Anything will help, or some links too! Thanks|||um first of all you sound a little brat people are not going to answer a question like that...what team do you play for if your so good you would play for a traveling team|||Make sure to increase you core and leg strength, Core workout as planks, stability ball exercises and free weight workouts like the russian twist will help alot. For the legs, exercises like split squats, regular squats, bulgarian squats and step ups will help. Make sure you have a planned and progressive program to follow.
